By requesting an on-site evaluation or service, you confirm that:

• Utilities, septic systems, irrigation, and underground features are disclosed
   

RLCS Land Services is not responsible for undisclosed or unmarked underground utilities or property features.

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be outlined separately and agreed upon before work begins. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in delays or suspension of services.

RLCS Land Services is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property conditions
   
• Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or utilities
   
• Delays caused by weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control
   

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
